Redondo Beach!

As many of you know my brother Billy recently proposed in full knight attire to his wonderful girlfriend of 20 years Magee Kundrat!! It hasn't been that long, but our family couldn't be happier to welcome her to officially be an Omer! What a cute couple!

They have been living down in Redondo Beach for six months and finally we made the trip to see their pad!

Like any new place Addison checked it out and immediately felt at home. Picking up anything she found interesting (especially pens and paper) and running from one room to another to see all the goods and what she could reach. We were happy that Billy and Magee were so easy going and didn't mind a screaming and excited toddler running around their house. Like any good family gathering there was music and her Uncle introduced her to a stereo system that she could reach. It was over after that... Who knew Addison liked to rock out to Phish! She entertained us by showing us her newest move the lifting of her leg and pivoting!! Next time I will have my video camera!

After a great dance session we traveled down to the beach. Didn't take long because they live one block away! The cool breeze and smell of the ocean reminded us of our Huntington Beach days. We walked down the beach path to King's Harbor. It was great to catch up on wedding plans with Magee and talk girl talk. However when we looked back we couldn't help but laugh at what we saw! What does this picture remind you of?

 Have you ever seen the 80's t.v show "My Two Dads" I think Billy and Kevin would have given them a run for their money!

Once we got to the pier it was beautiful. I couldn't believe how clean and pretty it was. Our first stop was at the Fun Factory Arcade where Billy, Magee, and Kevin got their ride on!

Although Addison was a little scared of all the bright lights and loud noises we made the best of it and the "adults" in the group had a great time. Billy did dominate most games but I have a feeling he comes here more often than he would admit!

Kevin got in on some of the action and was a Skee Ball winner!

Not to mention a NASCAR champion :)

The arcade was so much fun and we all felt like winners! We earned 16 tokens between the four of us and bought Addison her first slinky!

Our next stop was Happy Hour on the pier at Kincaid's. Billy and Magee treated us to an amazing dinner. I dont know if they had ever had a sit down meal with a toddler but it may have been a rude awakening. As much as we love our Angel she can be a little fiesty at times and dinner time is no exception. But even though we had a tantrum filled dinner the food and atmosphere was amazing!

We finished the night like we started the day! Addison got her hands on a moracca and the dance session began!

Magee then busted out the guitar and it was a huge hit!

Thank you guys for a great Monday! It was Kevin's first day off in a six days and was just what we needed! You are great hosts and we can't wait to celebrate your engagement on Sunday. Billy I promised you that your solo shot would make the blog. Even though you mock the blog I know you look at everyday :) hahahahaha... Love you guys!!
