Bath time is always a fun time at the Jones household... Luckily Reese has followed in her sisters footsteps and loves the water. She is now in a big girl tub!She smiles, splashes, and sometimes makes bubbles if you know what I mean. Its fun to make bath time a family event, everyone helps especially Addie.
Cuddle time follows this little froggy swim!
Sometimes we catch Reese giving us this look. I can only imagine what she is thinking but I think it goes a little like this. "God are you sure this is my family?" ok. Just checking wanted to make sure!"
Reese is looking up to her Big Sis already! And by the looks of it Addie is trying to teach her something pretty important! (The art of stealing a binkie, distract and reach...)
A little tummy time before bedtime. She is getting so strong!
So fresh and so clean! After story time and a prayer we are all happy. Good night little ladies sleep tight! (and threw the night Reeseee would be great too.) xoxoxo

3 months big!
Happy 3 Month Birthday big girl! We can't remember what life was like without you here, it feels like so much longer than 3 short months. Your sweet coo's and loveable smile make us fall more and more in love with you each day. We have noticed that you love to be on your side, enjoy splashing in the water, and like to relax in your swing. You will smile at anyone who engages you and you swing your arm with so much force at your hanging toys. Music is calming and your favorite spot is right on Mommy's knee's. I love that you are sleeping through the night and the face you make when you hear our voices. We look forward to the many fun months ahead and all the changes that are coming! xoxoxo

Fun Filled Weekend!!
Last weekend we were busy celebrating the boat parade, my Dad's 61st birthday and of course the debut of little miss Addison in her first recital! Grandma and Grandpa Jones made it down for the weekend and we even got to spend some time with Uncle G and Lisa! The holidays are always special and we love to be surrounded by such wonderful people!! Don't let the big coats, scarves, and sweatshirts fool you in this picture, it was about 70 degrees outside!
Perfect weather for the annual Eastlake Village Boat Parade.
The crew taking in all the amazing lights!
Addison was full of smiles while waving to the passing boats. She screamed in delight as each boat came by and was so excited about all BUT one...
the one with you know who on it.... (Santa)! We are still not a big fan! Just look at that sad face.
But luckily we didn't have any tears and we ended the night with cake and ice cream in celebrating GranDad's birthday! I didn't take many pictures because I was exhausted from the stress of being a stage mom at the recital! That post is coming and we may even get a little video too! But until then my Dad said that he loved his birthday and enjoyed all the festivities and the special company! Happy Birthday Dad - we love you!
The Sick Bug!
The sick bug has hit the Jones' family and so far it has taken two of us out! By this picture you can see who that is! These two have been connected at the hip today, sleeping, movies, Barney, more sleeping, and some homemade soup. You will also see that Addison was visited by her binkie friend and was in heaven! With all her breathing treatments and medication we thought she deserved a little treat! For a little girl who is always on the go this cold definitely slowed her down. All she wanted to do was cuddle and be with us all day, it was nice to both be home and love her up! Hopefully this cold makes its way out of our house in time for the holidays and skips Reese and I! Feel better Dr. Jones and Addie! Santa is on his way so its time to rest up for the big day!

Where did she go?!?
Its not always easy being the youngest!
But most of the time Reese is a super trooper and will give us a pretty smile!
Especially when she is around all her stuffed animal friends. Addison loves to make up games and this one is called "where did it go?" Only today we were trying to find Reese!
Where did she go?
Ohh there she is!!! Keep smiling Reese - We will always find you with the beautiful giddy grin!

Wild Woman!
Its happening, Addie's hair is growing! It is getting so long (for her that is) and we are all very excited. I see hair clips, rubber-bands, ponytails, and braids in our future! But one thing is for sure with this hair comes a little wild woman, and especially after bath time she is released!
She is coming to get you!!! and just when you think you are safe.....then boo!!!! She will find you :)
Addie keep it up and your wild ways will bring more and more beautiful hair!

Back home safely!
When I was a kid every year my Grandma's or parents would give me a a musical box as a present for my birthday, Christmas, or just because. I was obsessed with them (along with collecting figurines from Disneyland but thats another story). This picture is only the beginning of my collection and just looking at them brings back so many memories. I got these back because it seems my parents are cleaning out all of our "kid stuff" from home and shipping it off to where it now belongs. I was so happy to see these jewels! I remember driving my brother Chris crazy with them. Especially at night when I would challenge myself and try to get them all going at the same time. He hated it and I don't blame him!! When Kevin saw these he said that it would be neat to pass the music boxes now down to my daughters and start their own collection. But I told him that I am not ready yet to let them go! hahahah... is that weird?!? Well for now they will be up for all to enjoy and I will cross that bridge of passing them on when it comes. And ohh by the way, I still got it... I can still set them all at the same time and know exactly which song belongs to which box!!! And boy does that feel good after all these years :)
