Welcome Baby Liam!

G and Lisa welcomed to their family Liam George Hillis on October 18th! Liam was nearly two weeks late from his original due date but was a very healthy 9 lbs 10 oz and 21 inches long. He is a cute and cuddly little man with lots of hair!
Kevin and I were so excited to meet him at the hospital and could not be happier for this family of three. Holding a newborn is so special and it reminded me of the days when our little ones were that young - seems like forever ago! This definitely made for some interesting conversation at dinner and on the way home for Kevin. That poor guy and my constant baby bug fever!! hahahha....
Congratulations Hillis Family! xoxox
* and no I didn't get a picture of Liam's Mom or Dad with him because we were to busy holding and loving him!

Happy November!

This was my smiley sweet Pea at 5 months old!!
She was a strong and toothless scooting machine. Full of giggles and loved to turn over and over. She was then eating some veggies and I was still waking up at 3 a.m to feed this hungry kid! Seems like forever ago!
Now I look at her and think, "When did my baby turn into this little girl?!?!"

She is still a cuddlier, loves to talk, follows her sister everywhere, and smiles and giggles throughout the day. She can be a little fiesty in "sharing"toys and is crazy independent in climbing up anything! She is fast and tiny and sweet and so lovable! We are very thankful for this little blessing!

Happy Halloween!

From Minnie Mouse and Princess Reese!
We hope you had a wonderful holiday! Ours was filled with lots of candy, family time, laughter, and fun. In Eastlake Village where my parents live they have a "Spookfest" the day before Halloween with a petting zoo, games, a bounce house, food, and a very special Princess carriage. Last year Kevin had to work but luckily he was off this year and got to experience the fun. Also with us was GranDad, Uncle Billy, and Auntie Magee! Here are just a few pictures of the night. Minnie was a little hesitant with the overly aggressive goats!
But loved the idea of getting candy from strangers! She learned to say "trick or treat" pretty fast!

Princess enjoying a ride by her Uncle!
Kevin with the girls in his first carriage ride with a Real Princess!

and Reese taking a little break from running away from us!
There is that tongue again!
Happy Halloween!
* Sorry about the glare in some pictures - we had a dirty spot on the camera*
And for the actual Holiday Addison choose to wear costume #2 for trick-or-treating: A princess just like her Sister! We hope you had a wonderful night xoxoxo

My Little Pumpkins!

With all three of my pumpkins in tow we made it to the Pumpkin Patch! We didn't make it to Tanaka Farm this year but the one by our house turned out to be Great! The bounce house obstacle course was a huge hit with Addison
and she even got the chance to drive her first John Deer! The first thing we did was send this picture to her Auntie Elisa! She was very proud :) and for the record Addison is a maniac and will not be getting anything with a motor for a very long time!
Reese sat back and took it all in. Her newest thing is having her tongue out - all the time! She is definitely teething and will be sporting some new teeth in the next couple of days!
Here Kevin is looking for the perfect pumpkin while our kiddos were making a mess and a lot of noise in the hay!.... This is one of Kevin's favorite holidays.

Once we got home these two needed to think really hard about what type of face to make. Unfortunately Daddy's face was a little too scary and he spent the rest of the night at the table carving by himself.
If you look closely you can Addison in the back. That is about as close as she wanted to get to the "scary pumpkin"
Kevin didn't quit and got a little help from his other daughter who finished her itty bitty pumpkin!

Luckily the night ended well when I brought out something she can't resist - glitter pens!
Here's to happy, sparkly, smiley Pumpkins!
